Alex Kingston is the highest well-paid and most popular TV Actress. She was born in Epsom United Kingdom on March 11th of 1963. The Screen Actors Guild Award-winning actress who has had roles on the TV series Doctor Who and ER. In 2012, she received an SFX Award by the Screen Actors Guild for her work in ER. In 2013, Dinah was a part of Dinah on Arrow. She played Maura Terney's co-star on ER.
