Donald Joseph Qualls - better known as DJ Qualls - is a actor, model and producer from the US. Following his fame-making performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow he has appeared in more than 20 feature movies including The Core. Alongside his role in Road Trip, Qualls has been featured in more than 22 television shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order as well as other. Qualls has been diagnosed at the age of 14 with Hodgkin lymphoma, is an extremely resilient fighter. The cancer relapsed 2 years after the diagnosis. However, the treatment in such a short time had a severe effect on his body, and hindered his growth. As he began to take action, financial stability appeared to be his ambition. He had been in poverty throughout his youth. The interviewer said that because he had lived so sparingly over a period of time I was in need of security in my finances to feel secure and at ease. The man also talks about his youth to inspire him. It breaks my heart when I hear what DJ says. He says that his ideal character would be father figures in the real world and on film. The director admits that they do not cast him in these characters. In the future, he hopes to become father to a child.
