Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25 1943) was an American actress, voice-over actor and writer. She amassed more than one hundred credits over her nearly five decade-long career. Pleshette is a New York native who began her acting career on stage. Her career progressed to the transition to screen. Some of her most prominent movies include "Rome Adventure," "The Birds', "Fate is the Hunter','If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium and 'Support Your Local Gunfighter'. Films and TV appearances were also varied. The actress won four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated to win the Laurel Award twice and won it in 1963, when she was in the movie 'The Birds. Pleshette died in 2008, and she was awarded a Star was presented to her in her honor on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
